I've now investigated myself and note 1) the drain hole in drivers' side wheel well seems to be flowing water out a drain hole. You can also pop out the little inserts on the grab handle and take out the 2 bolts in there and pull the trim off of that side . Took it to service at the dealer but they couldn't identify the leak but confirmed water had accumulated under the floor.
